Terms for running your sales engine

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ZedSale, including the dashboard, storefront tools, AI automation, integrations, subscription plans, usage credits, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, purchasing a plan, connecting an integration, or using any part of ZedSale, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. The ZedSale Service

ZedSale provides software tools for online sellers and small businesses, including product management, inventory tracking, order processing, customer management, storefront features, POS workflows, reports, AI-powered sales assistance, messaging automation, and subscription-based usage credits.

We may add, update, limit, or remove features as the platform evolves. Some features may depend on third-party services or integrations.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and business information, protecting your credentials, managing staff or moderator access, and all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You must use the service only for lawful business purposes.
  • You must have authority to connect any store, page, domain, payment account, delivery account, or third-party integration.
  • You are responsible for your product listings, prices, customer communications, order records, and business decisions made through the platform.

4. Plans, Credits, and Payments

ZedSale may offer free trials, paid subscription plans, credit allowances, on-demand usage, renewal payments, and overage settlements. Plan features, limits, prices, duration, and included credits are shown at checkout or inside the dashboard.

  • Payments are processed by external payment providers such as SSLCommerz, Lemon Squeezy, or Stripe where available.
  • Access to paid features may begin after payment is verified by the payment provider or webhook.
  • Usage credits may be consumed by AI replies, automations, or other metered features.
  • Unused credits, carryover credits, renewals, and on-demand usage are handled according to the rules shown in the dashboard at the time of use.
Refunds: Unless required by law or separately agreed in writing, fees for activated subscription periods, consumed usage credits, and completed on-demand usage are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse ZedSale or use it to support illegal, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized activity. Prohibited activity includes:

  • Sending spam, fraudulent offers, malware, phishing content, or unlawful messages.
  • Uploading or selling products or content that violate law, intellectual property rights, or platform policies.
  • Attempting to bypass usage limits, payment requirements, access controls, or security controls.
  • Interfering with service availability, scraping at abusive rates, reverse engineering, or probing systems without permission.
  • Using AI features to generate unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or unsafe content.

6. AI and Automation Features

ZedSale may generate AI-assisted replies, product content, insights, reports, or recommendations. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for some situations. You are responsible for reviewing and approving important outputs before using them with customers or business operations.

You must not rely on ZedSale as legal, tax, medical, financial, or professional advice. Business decisions remain your responsibility.

7. Third-Party Services

ZedSale may integrate with Facebook/Messenger, Telegram, Google, AWS, Pusher, payment processors, delivery providers, AI providers, and other third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, fees, policies, and availability.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, rejected payments, API changes, delivery failures, or policy enforcement by external platforms.

8. Availability, Changes, and Support

We work to keep ZedSale reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, rate-limit abusive traffic, suspend risky activity, or modify features to protect the platform and its users.

Support may be provided through email, dashboard messages, or other channels we make available.

9. Intellectual Property

ZedSale, including its software, design, interface, branding, workflows, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your business data and content, but grant us the limited rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ZedSale is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using ZedSale at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay required fees, create security risk, misuse integrations, or use the service in a way that may harm users, third parties, or the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of ZedSale after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
